New Year- new start for everyone. All of us start thinking about what he/she wants to achieve this year, making holiday arrangements and finding bargains on sale after Christmas.
Each January Bristol Serviced Lettings Management Team thinks about how we can get better for you, so that you can enjoy your stay even more with us: we analyse your comments that you send to us, we check our Facebook page and look though Booking.com/ Tripadvisor comments.
As serviced apartments near the centre of Bristol, we noticed that we received most comments in 2012 regarding our position on the map and our location:
– We are located behind Cabbot Circus, main city centre shopping area, 10 – 15 minutes walk from the shopping area and the centre’s car park.
– Our area is multicultural and some people might find it a bit uncomfortable, but at the same time the shops that are on our street are one of the best known in town for spices, meat, fresh fruit and vegetables for the friction of the price.
– We have 2 brilliant take-aways across the street from us, where you can buy pizza or a kebab from just £2.50, and the quality is just amazing.
– Yes, during the evenings it can be busy and a bit noisy, but we have great sound-proof windows what keeps noise to the minimum. The centre is even worse- you won’t find drunken students and loud music from the bars near us.
– We are not in the ‘night life’ centre or Bristol, but walking distance to the shopping centre and main ‘business centre’ of Bristol, and our prices reflect that. We always try to have fair price policy for our guests.
– We have a bus stop just next to us that can take you to the centre of Bristol in 5 – 10 minutes, busses stop each 10 minutes.
– Some people have problems finding us. There are more than one Beaufort Street in Bristol, make sure you put the right postcode in your satellite navigation – BS5 0SQ
In 2012 we were focusing on our apartments’ cleanliness and maintenance; we are pleased to see our goals are reflecting in your comments. Mostly all of you were happy with the cleanliness and our serviced apartments’ maintenance. We want to thank you our fantastic House Keeping Team, who did their best to drive our cleanliness standards forward!!! Thank you Timi, Kellie and Gergo.
