Love Food Festival from (1st May to 11th May) and 11-day Bristol Food Connections festival (www.bristolfoodconnections.com) bring vibrancy and excitement to Bristol streets this May. Top Chefs from all Britain will share their skills with the public; local restaurants, café’s and producers will show their products and teach us how to cook their best dishes.

Seasonal markets open their doors in Brunel Square, Temple Meads and Clifton. Visitors will have an opportunity try local bread, pies, beers and cider; see local craftsmanship and arts.

Bristol Cider Shop’s annual cider festival will offer more than 30 varieties of artisan cider and perry. You will also be able to enjoy locally produced sizling stakes and sausages.

Are up for challenge? What about running 10k Bristol Marathon during the day or 10km with Nailsea Running Club in the evening? Don’t think you can do 10km, what about 5k run or walk around in Arnos Vale this spring?

Not only you can start running thin spring, you can also join Bristol Walking Festival from 26 April to 26 May 2014. The festival aims to get all age groups start moving more, eating healthier and meet new friends. The festival will start at City Hall on Saturday 26 April between 11am to 5pm. You and your family can enjoy over 150 walks together!
