2 perfect days in Bristol this summer

Day 1:

Check in to Beaufort Court Serviced Apartments any time from 3 pm – 6pm or pick up the keys to our self catering houses in Filton. As soon as you pick up the keys – we will show you around and you are ready to enjoy yourself.

If you didn’t order any food from a supermarket or didn’t bring any with you – do not worry, you can pick up a bottle of a good wine and some local fresh produce just opposite our apartments. Local convenient shops, butchers and groceries provide everything you might need for this weekend.

Indulge yourself in a warm bath, have a delicious takeaway/ cooked dinner and a glass of wine 9on one of our patios, followed by a good night sleep, so you are prepared for a interesting and exiting day ahead.

Day 2:

Good morning! Get yourself ready now!

We are just 10 minutes away from the Cabot Circus, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast from any of the 20 restaurants starting from as little as £5.00 per head. When you are ready – we will make our next move.

Walking through the main shopping centre of Bristol, on the left-hand side you will see Castle Park. Castle Park is one of the biggest parks in the centre of Bristol that will take you to your next destination. Walk through the park towards the river.

Take a boat trip around Bristol -you will see diversity of the Bristol’s architecture and stunning views of the Bristol’s floating harbour. You can come off a boat visiting Bristol History Museum or SS Great Britain.

Why not to have a lunch in the Glass Boat restaurant with the great city views and river Avon? Or you can stop in one of the pubs down the river and have heart-warming local meal.

In the afternoon – go and visit our shopping centre starting from the local markets on the corn street and go through the Cabot Circus, we are sure you will have a great time visiting over 250 shops!

Walk back to the apartments, have a relaxing hour or two and when you are ready order a taxi and ask to take you to the Clifton. Have a walk around Suspensions Bridge, that will be light up with hundreads of lights, you will see whole Bristol panorama during the night- spectacular view! Have a romantic dinner in any of the best restaurants in Bristol in famous Clifton Village.

Walk down the Whiteladies road and booggiie the night away – Bristol is Famous for its diverse night life. Any music style, any cocktail can be found on the Park Street and Harbour site, life music and performances in the old city.

Day 3:

Good Morning! We hope you fill great after night entertainment and ready for your last full day in Bristol.

Today’s breakfast you can enjoy in one of the many Bristol Local Markets- full English breakfast from free reng eggs and locally soarced sosagges with a cup of coffee will prepaire you for the day ahead.

Today we would recommend to take the Sightseeing Bus around Bristol – you will find out more about the history, architecture and culture and will see Banksy’s famous art!  Take Bristol Zoo stop and enjoy your day! After, walk to the Suspension bridge and have a picknick in the park. Enjoy stunning views and fresh air!  You will never forget the green cliffs of Bristol.

Walk down the Blackboy Hill to the Bristol Art Museum. You can spend hours going through the 18th century’s art, Chinese sculptures and Egyptian history. There is so much to see that you will need good 3 hours to get to know all exhibitions in the museum.

At the bottom of the Park Street enjoy your lunch, so many bars and small local restaurants will offer great tasty food for any budget!

Visit @ Bristol, Bristol Aquarium and Planitarium that are just in the heart of the Bristol Harbour. Whether you are with kids or by your self- you will have a lot of new things to learn and experience.

You can also visit Hippodrome and Colston Hall, but make sure you buy tickets up front! Because of the popularity of the theatre and music shows – tickets go fast!

Now it is around 6pm, and you probably are a bit tired, it is time to go back ‘home’ to the serviced apartments. Enjoy local take away and a bottle of wine or beer, even can make your own BBQ outside! There is so much information to absorb after these two days – sometimes it is just nice to sit with friends and go over the thing you liked most in Bristol and see all great photos you made on your break!

Day 4:

Good morning! It is so sad to know that break is over, but fun memories will be there. Check out time is 11 am…Have a safe trip home and do not forget to tell us how was your stay with us!!!
